This page explains what InvoicePilot stores about you and why, in plain words.
What we store
- Your account email address and a protected form of your password.
- The clients you add: names, email addresses, and any company, address or notes you choose to enter.
- The invoices you create: line items, amounts, dates and status.
- Basic records of when you sign up, confirm your email and create invoices, so we can see whether the product is easy to start with.
What we do with it
We use this information only to run InvoicePilot for you: to sign you in, show your clients and invoices, and send you the sign-in codes you ask for. We do not sell your information.
Payments
InvoicePilot does not take payments yet, so we do not collect or store any card or bank details.
Who can see it
Your clients and invoices are visible only to you when you are signed in. The services that host our app and send our emails process data on our behalf.
Your choices and contact
You can edit your clients and invoices at any time. To ask about your data or to have it removed, use the contact option inside your account once you are signed in.
