Terms of use
Last updated November 2026
These terms explain how you can use InvoicePilot, a simple tool for writing invoices and keeping a list of clients. By creating an account you agree to them.
What InvoicePilot does
InvoicePilot lets you keep client details and write invoices. It does not take payments yet, and it does not email invoices for you. When you mark an invoice as sent, that is a note in your own records; you send the invoice to your client yourself.
Your account
- You sign in with your email address and a password, and confirm your email with a code we send you.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate details, and only add client information you are allowed to keep.
Your content
The clients and invoices you enter belong to you. We store them so you can use the service, and we do not show them to other users.
Fair use
Do not use InvoicePilot to break the law, to send misleading invoices, or to disrupt the service for others. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service as it is
InvoicePilot is early and changes often. We try to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Check the totals on every invoice before you send it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product grows; the date above shows the latest version. To reach us, use the contact option inside your account once you are signed in.
